Carbon dioxide solid commonly known as "dry ice", with the development of industry, dry ice is widely used in food preservation, removal of industrial mold equipment grease, dirt and other fields.Dry ice is a process in which liquid carbon dioxide is turned into a snowflake solid by a throttling expansion valve, and then compressed into a snowflake solid by a compression mechanism.

(1)The new liquid feeding system improves the molding rate of liquid carbon dioxide raw materials, and the maximum output of columnar particles reaches 500Kg/h;
(2)Moulds can produce granular dry ice of different density and specifications according to customers' requirements, which can be used for dry ice cleaning, food preservation, cold chain transportation, block reforming and other purposes;
(3)Hydraulic extrusion molding technology with buffer is adopted. The extrusion system adopts PLC full-automatic hydraulic control technology. The system has small impact and low noise during operation, so as to ensure the long-term, efficient and stable operation of the equipment;
(4)The electro-hydraulic system adopts multiple safety alarm functions to ensure the safe and stable operation of the equipment.
