2. The oil semi-trailer is mainly used for the transportation of large-scale oil and liquid asphalt,
with a tonnage of about 40-60 cubic meters. There are usually two axle semi-trailer and three
axle semi-trailer. Q235 carbon steel plate, stainless steel or aluminum materials are mostly
used for the tank body of oil transport semi-trailer. The tank body is built with multi-channel
reinforced anti wave clapboard, and there are through holes at the lower end of the baffle plate,
so as to reduce the impact of oil in the tank and improve the strength of the tank body.
The combined tank mouth is located on the top of the tank body. There is a small self-locking
cover on the big cover. A breathing valve is installed on the upper side of the big cover to ensure
the consistent atmospheric pressure inside and outside the tank. There is an electrostatic grounding wire.
The pump oil system can be installed, and the force is taken from the gearbox side through the
power take-off device, which can be self-priming and self-discharging; it has two oil extraction pipes,
and is equipped with quick assembly joint, with a suction distance of 6m. Two fire extinguishers
and special tools. The oil semi-trailer is divided into two parts, the oil tank body and the framework
or bracket supporting the tank body
