A. Charging
1. Be sure to open the pressure relief valve before opening the manhole to check whether the pressure in the tank is the same as the atmospheric pressure, that is, the pressure gauge value is zero.
2. open the manhole to see whether there is agglomerate powder particles in the tank, especially loaded with powder particles and have not been used for a long time to carefully check, remove the agglomerate powder particles.
3. the material into the tank.
4. After loading, due to powder particles accumulated in the sealing ring of the feeding mouth, the feeding mouth can be closed to ensure sealing performance.
B. The Discharge
1, the discharge pipe is connected to the required place, to ensure reliable sealing.
2, close the discharge valve, pressure relief valve, external air valve and secondary air valve.
3, start the engine when the brake pressure reaches 392kPa, step down the clutch pedal, pull out the handle of the pneumatic switch valve of the force box in the cab, so that the force box is hanging, and then slowly release the pedal, so that the air compressor can run smoothly before increasing the hand throttle to make its speed reach the rated speed, and inflate the air chamber in the tank.
4. When the pressure in the tank, that is, the pressure gauge reading is 196kPa, open the discharge butterfly valve. In the conveying process, if the pressure rises to more than 196kPa, the pipeline is blocked.
5. Control the hand throttle to keep the ash discharge pressure at 145-165kpa, and the general unloading speed is 1.2t /min. When the ash discharge is completed, the pressure in the tank drops to 9.8-19.6kpa.
6. Relax the hand accelerator and step on the clutch pedal, and separate the force retractor to stop the rotation of the air compressor.
7. Open the pressure relief valve to discharge the remaining compressed gas in the tank, so that the pressure in the tank is equal to atmospheric pressure and can avoid the "lift cover" accident when opening the feed port.
8. When the horizontal distance is 5 meters and the input height is more than 15 meters, the secondary air ball valve should be opened after the discharge of butterfly valve to dilute the concentration of powder particles and improve the height of ash discharge.
C. Safety Precaution
1. Each time before opening the feeding cover, the pressure relief valve should be opened to discharge the remaining gas in the tank, so as to avoid injury accidents.
2, often pay attention to whether the pressure gauge works properly to prevent the pressure gauge failure and overpressure tank explosion.
3, often check the safety valve to ensure that the unloading begins at 196kPa, shall not make the pressure in the tank exceed 196kPa.
4. Often check whether the tachometer works normally, so as not to damage the air compressor and the force box.
5, often tilt to listen to the rotating sound of the force box and air compressor, if there is abnormal sound should be immediately shut down troubleshooting.
