Semi-trailer support device
The semi-trailer has support devices installed at the front of the semi-trailer to support the semi-trailer. It is also possible to lift the front height of the semi-trailer by the manual drive mechanism of the support device to facilitate the attachment and detachment of the tractor. The support device needs to be stowed in the operating state.
First, the requirements of the support device
(1) It can reliably keep the semi-trailer in a horizontal position when it is disconnected;
(2) It can be quickly raised and lowered when disconnected and connected, and its height can be easily coordinated;
(3) The structure is simple, with sufficient strength and support stiffness.
Second, the classification of the support device
(1) According to the operation mode: there are linkage support and single-motion support. The former can be lifted at the same time by only one side of the control, while the latter needs to be operated separately on both sides.
(2) According to the cross-sectional shape of the support tube: there are round tube, square tube and octagonal tube support.
(3) According to the gear transmission mechanism: there are single-stage, two-stage and three-stage gear transmission support.
(4) According to the structure of the support tube: there are basic and folding supports, the former support tube can not be folded.
(5) According to the form of the supporting feet: there are articulated, rubber-padded, ball-wound and roller-type supports.
The vehicle adopts linkage, square tube, three-stage gear, basic type and articulated support device.
